Lufthansa Group pax numbers up; Finnair to purchase stake in Finnish Commuter Airlines

European airline shares made strong advances on Thursday (09-Sep-2010), as better-than-expected US jobs market and international trade data pushed wider markets higher. A decline in oil prices (-0.6%) to USD74.25, also sent airline shares higher.
