Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport's ATM issues highlight need to update Indonesian systems
Recent technical issues at Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport, including the recent crash of its air traffic radar, have highlighted the lack of adequate infrastructure at Indonesia’s airports and a shortage of preparation ahead of the launch of the ASEAN Open Skies policy. As a result, the Indonesian Government is now looking to improve the country’s air traffic management and airport infrastructure.
