King Air sim gets FAA nod

FlightSafety International’s Hawker Beechcraft King Air 200 aircraft simulator has been qualified to Level C by the FAA. Training is scheduled to begin Dec. 14 at FlightSafety’s LaGuardia Learning Center.

The simulator’s new VITAL X visual system features detailed, high-resolution views designed to enhance safety. Combined with high resolution projectors, VITAL X reproduces day and night scenes accurately for all kinds of weather, according to FlightSafety officials.
