Avianca-TACA looks to list; Delta in talks for narrowbodies

Avianca-TACA Holding, the airline group formed in 2010 to facilitate the merger of Aerovias del Continente Americano SA and TACA Airlines, has requested approval from Superintendencia Financiera, Colombia’s securities regulatory agency, to issue shares on Colombia's stock market.
