PAI Partners completes acquisition of Stefanel SpA’s 50% shareholding in The Nuance Group

The Nuance Group announced the finalisation of PAI Partners acquisition of Stefanel SpA’s 50% shareholding in the company. Following the transaction, a new Board will be appointed, chaired by Josef Felder.
