Flughafen Wien Group reports strong 2010
Austria’s Flughafen Wien Group reported a net profit of EUR75.5 million for 2010, supported by strong revenue growth of 15.8% in its airport business, which makes up nearly half of group revenue. IN 2010, revenue grew 6.4% year-on-year, although its ground handling business saw a 2.7% decline in revenue. The company expects further growth in 2011. Vienna Airport shares rose 2.5% in trading yesterday, with strong gains for Korean Airport Corp (+3%) and GVK Infrastructure (+3.1%).
