Women In Aviation, International’s (WAI) newly formed Greater Los Angeles Chapter will hold a meeting and mixer at Encounters Restaurant at LAX on Thursday, April 28, at 6 p.m. Anyone interested in aviation and helping to encourage youth to aspire to all careers in aviation is encouraged to attend. Officials say the chapter’s goal is to reach 100 members by this time in 2012.
