The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) say they will mount a legal challenge to the decision by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to dismantle the Block Aircraft Registration Request (BARR) program.
