Air France-KLM losses increase on Middle East unrest and fuel concerns

Air France-KLM posted a disappointing earnings result for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2011. Air France-KLM, Europe’s second-largest airline group by revenue and passengers, reported a net loss of EUR197 million in the period, as soaring fuel prices and crises in key North Africa/Middle East markets neutralised revenue growth.
