The Florida Air Museum (FAM) at Sun ’n Fun has begun construction on a 4,000-square-foot addition to the Tom Davis Educational Center that will provide additional space and facilities for FAM’s programs and activities. The new addition will be called the Piedmont Hangar Aerospace & Technology Lab, taking its name from the airline founded by Tom Davis, whose family donated significant funds for the original Tom Davis Education Center, as well as this new addition.
